At Growth-X, we're constantly improving our tools to empower you with more effective lead-generation strategies. Our latest feature, the Acquisition (Inmail) campaign, allows you to send Inmails directly from Sales Navigator, enhancing your outreach efforts. This guide will dive deep into how this LinkedIn campaign works, including Inmail credits, message acceptance, and more.

πŸ€“ Inmail Credits: The Essentials

Inmail credits are at the core of the Acquisition (Inmail) campaign. Here's what you need to know:

  • Credit Inmail vs. Free Inmail: Some receivers require Inmail credits to receive your messages, while others don't. This means you'll need to manage your credits effectively.

  • Acceptance or Rejection: Inmails can be accepted or rejected by the receivers, depending on their preferences.

  • Credit Refunds: If a Credit email is accepted, the one credit used will be refunded to you.

  • Follow-Ups (FUs): Accepted Inmails are eligible to receive follow-ups according to your sequence logic.

  • Daily Limit: You can send up to 10 Inmails per day.

  • Monthly Credits: Each user allocates 50 Inmail credits per month.

  • Credit Storage: You can store up to 150 credits for a maximum of three months.

  • Running Out of Credits: When you exhaust your credits, the bot automatically sends messages to Free Inmail receivers.

  • Credit Refill: As your credits are refunded or renewed each month, the bot will resume sending Inmails to Credit Inmail receivers.

  • Minimum Credit Requirement: If you have only 1 credit, the bot won't send any Credit Inmails.

πŸ§‘πŸ»β€πŸ’» Receiver's Response Options

Receivers have choices when it comes to responding to Inmails:

  • Default Acceptance Message: If the receiver chooses the default message, the response won't be counted in the responders' column, the sequence won't stop, and follow-ups will be sent as usual. The answer will also appear in your GX inbox.

  • Edited Acceptance Message: When the receiver edits the acceptance message, the response will be counted in the responders' column, and the sequence will stop.

  • Default or Edited Rejection Message: Choosing either default or edited rejection messages means the response won't be counted in the responders' column, the sequence won't stop, and the answer won't appear in your GX inbox.

πŸš€ How to Create an Inmail Campaign

Creating an optimized LinkedIn campaign is easy with Growth-X. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Start by creating a new campaign within the Growth-X LinkedIn automation platform.

  2. In the campaign setup, select the "Acquisition (Inmail) Beta" as your campaign type.

Sending InMail messages with Growth-X is straightforward:

Your first LinkedIn message has ample space to get your point across, allowing up to 1900 characters. This message is usually sent on the same day as the InMail acceptance if the recipient has chosen LinkedIn's default acceptance message.

The timing of follow-up messages depends on your campaign settings. You can choose a duration that suits your goals, ranging from 3 days to a maximum of 30 days. This gives you the flexibility to customize your LinkedIn outreach strategy.

  1. Open the Columns Dropdown Menu:

    • Navigate to your campaign's dashboard.

    • Open the columns dropdown menu.

  2. Checkmark 'Rejected InMail':
