Timing the Second Follow-Up

If the Lead didn't respond after the invite message, or after the first followup message, then they will get the second-followup message.

You can control the interval between the first and second followup.

Choose the time interval between the first and second followup message. In the example below, all leads that got this campaign's first followup 7 or more days ago, will receive the second-followup.

Excluding Specific Companies

To ensure you don’t contact certain companies, use the "Exclude Company" option. Here’s how to use it:

  • List the companies to exclude, separated by commas.

  • Avoid using double quotes, trailing commas, or unnecessary spaces between the company names.

For example: Google,Amazon,Facebook,Microsoft.

This ensures that companies you don't want to contact won’t be outreached and receive follow-ups in your campaign.

Exclude Responders from Follow-Ups

By enabling the "Exclude Responders" option, follow-up messages will not be sent to people who responded to your message after accepting your connection invitation. This helps maintain a professional follow-up process and avoids redundant communication.

If the 'Exclude Responders' button is not enabled, it will still send the second follow-up message as well as the first.
