How to Archive the User Seat In Growth-X

In Growth-X, archiving a user seat allows you to remove an existing user from the platform and free up their seat for a new user profile. This is commonly used when a team member leaves or when you want to rotate active users without increasing your total seat count.

Archiving does not delete historical data. All campaign history, conversations, and analytics associated with the archived user remain stored in your account.

Steps to Archive a User Seat

  1. Go to the Users section in your Growth-X dashboard.

  2. Locate the user profile you want to archive.

  3. Click on the user's email address, then click the three-dot menu and select Archive

This action removes the user from the active users list and frees up their seat for reassignment.

Assigning a New User to the Archived Seat

  1. After archiving, return to the Users section.

  2. Click on Add New User.

  3. Fill in the new user's details and assign them to the available seat.

  • You can only assign new users if a seat is available (either through archiving or purchasing additional seats)

  • Archived users cannot access the platform unless reactivated (contact your Growth-X Expert or help@growth-x.com
