Predefined Tags vs. Custom Tags
Growth-X offers a set of predefined tags for commonly used filters, such as:
booked-demo: For prospects who have scheduled a demo.
completed-demo: For prospects who completed a demo.
qualified-lead: For leads who meet your criteria and more
You can also create your own custom tags to fit your unique workflow. For example, you might tag prospects as “follow-up-next-week” or “VIP-leads” to track specific actions or priorities.
🏷 How to Filter Using Custom Tags
👉 Create Your Tags: When answering your leads, add custom tags that help you categorize your prospects according to your LinkedIn campaign strategy.
👉 Efficient Filtering: On the Campaign Dashboard, use the search bar to type in the tag name. The dashboard will dynamically filter and show the count of how many times each tag is used.
👉 (New Feature) Filter Connections with No Tags: You can now filter connections that have no tags by selecting “No tags” as the tag filter value. This option allows you to easily identify contacts that haven’t been tagged, helping you keep your campaign data organized and complete.
How to Tag Connections in Bulk 🏷️
Tags can be added directly in the Connections tab in bulk to help you organize and manage prospects more effectively.
Steps to Add Tags Individually:
Navigate to the Connections Tab: Begin by opening the "Connections" tab in your Growth-X dashboard.
Select Contacts: Choose the users you want to tag by checking the boxes next to their names.
Open the Actions Menu: Click on the Actions button at the top of the page.
Choose the Tag Option: Select Tag from the dropdown menu.
Add Tags: Choose predefined or custom tags, or your desired tags from the dropdown menu.
Save Changes: Click Save to apply the selected tags to the chosen connections.

Going further than before, clicking on the tag count provides you with instant access to a list of recipients associated with that specific tag.
Inbox View: By selecting the tag number, you’ll be redirected to the inbox, where you can see a list of all recipients tagged accordingly.
