Custom tags in your campaigns aren’t just for organization—they're also a powerful tool for analysis and engagement. Our latest update adds even more functionality to custom tags, giving you insightful metrics and direct access to tagged contacts.

🏷 How to Filter Using Custom Tags

  1. Create Your Tags: When answering your leads, add custom tags that help you categorize your prospects according to your strategy.


2. Efficient Filtering: On the Campaign Dashboard, use the search bar to type in the tag name. The dashboard will dynamically filter and show the count of how many times each tag is used.



​🔦 Direct Access to Tagged Contacts

Going further than before, clicking on the tag count provides you with instant access to a list of recipients associated with that specific tag.

  • Inbox View: By selecting the tag number, you’ll be redirected to the inbox, where you can see a list of all recipients tagged accordingly.
