How to Save and Create Message Templates in Your Campaign

Quick guide on saving and creating templates right from editing your campaign.

Our latest update made creating consistent and impactful messages for your campaigns easier.

Here's a quick guide to using and saving message templates directly within your campaign settings:

✍️ Accessing and Using Templates


Click the 'Templates' icon next to your messages field. This opens a list of saved templates. Choose one, and it'll populate your message field—no need to copy and paste.

Written a great message you want to use again?

Click 'New Template' in the templates menu to save it for future campaigns. Your new message will be added to your list of templates.

You can easily switch between your saved templates to find the perfect message for each campaign without leaving the edit screen.
