Once you've successfully integrated Okta with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Okta empowers you to configure authentication policies and create IP zones and authentication rules for the selected authentication policy dedicated to the LinkedIn Sales Navigator application.

👉 Step 1: Create a Custom IP Zone for Users
1.1. Log in to your Okta account via https://your-subdomain.okta.com/admin/
1.2. Access the Admin Page.
1.3. Click the left menu > navigate to the "Network" under the "Security" menu.
1.4. Click the "Add zone" button and choose "IP Zone."
1.5. Define a name for your "Zone name"
Fill in the "Gateway IPs" (Provided by Growth-X CSM - Please obtain new values every 5 users) with the user's IP, and then click "Save."
*You can add multiple IPs by separating them with commas.
👉 Step 2: Create a Custom Authentication Rule for Users
2.1. In the left menu, proceed to the "Applications" section and select "Applications."
2.2. Locate and click on the application you previously created for LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
2.3. Go to the "Sign On" tab.
2.4. Scroll down to the bottom and select "View policy details."
2.5. Click the "Add rule" button.
2.6. Provide a name for your "Rule name."
2.7. Choose "In any of the following zones:" from the dropdown menu for the "User's IP is" filter.
2.8. Click the empty input and select the IP zone you created earlier from the dropdown menu.
2.9. Under "User must authenticate with," click "Password + Another factor" and choose "Password" from the dropdown menu.
2.10. Finally, click "Save" at the bottom.
✅ After saving the rule, Okta will automatically activate it. You can manage it further by using the options in the "Actions" menu.
