How to Access the Archived Dashboard
To view your archived campaigns, follow these steps:
Go to the Campaign Dashboard.
Add a Filter:
Click on "Add filter" at the top of the dashboard.
Filter by Campaign State:
Select "Archive state" from the drop-down menu.
Key Points
Visibility: Archived campaigns are now visible on the campaign dashboard.
Detailed Statistics: The dashboard provides detailed statistics for each archived campaign.
Strategic Planning: Convenient access to historical data enhances strategic planning.
User Assignment: When a campaign is archived, the assigned user stays assigned to the archived campaign.
No Manual Changes: The client cannot manually change or remove the user once the campaign is archived.
