Optimized Inbox Management & Click Tracking in Growth-X

Efficient inbox management and engagement tracking are essential for maximizing sales and outreach performance. Growth-X has introduced a new logic that enhances how conversations appear in the GX inbox based on user interactions with trackable URLs. This update ensures that only meaningful interactions are surfaced while automating tag assignments for better organization and lead tracking.

Additionally, users can now access their inbox and connections directly from any clickable stats, providing a more seamless and efficient workflow. These enhancements enable sales teams to prioritize engaged leads, eliminate unnecessary clutter, and streamline follow-ups.

πŸ”„ How It Works

Growth-X now introduces two key improvements:

  1. Tag Assignment for Clicks

    • When a receiver clicks on a trackable link, they will automatically receive the clicked tag.
      ​

  2. Conversation Visibility in GX Inbox

  • If the receiver clicks on a trackable URL, the conversation will appear in the GX inbox.

  • If the trackable URL feature is not activated, conversations without responses will never be shown in the GX inbox.

  • If the receiver neither clicks the trackable URL nor responds, the conversation will not appear in the GX inbox.

Note: For this logic to function, the Trackable URL feature must be activated.

It can be enabled at two levels:

  • Campaign Level – Applied only to specific campaigns.

  • Account Level – Activated across the entire client account via Client Settings.

In addition to improving how conversations appear in the inbox based on engagement, Growth-X now makes it even easier to navigate your inbox and connections directly from clickable stats. This ensures that users can quickly access relevant interactions without unnecessary steps.

Access Your Inbox & Connections from Clickable Stats

  1. Begin by clicking the campaign's clickable number, and a pop-up window will appear with Inbox and Connections, as shown below

2. Click Inbox, which will bring you to the user's inbox tab filtered by receivers from that specific campaign.

3. Click connections, which will bring you to the connections tab filtered by receivers from that specific campaign.

You can also filter out connections who have clicked by simply toggling the "Clicked" button on.
