Integration between Growth-X and Salesforce is now possible π
Below's a step-by-step guide on how to start using this feature
π From the Growth-X app:
From your account dashboard > go to your account settings > connect CRM > Salesforce.
2. A window will pop up asking you to authorize Growth-X to connect with your salesforce account > click connect.

3. Once authorized, log in with your Salesforce credentials > allow access by clicking Allow.
4. You have successfully connected Growth-X to your salesforce account π₯³
π From your Salesforce account
We first must make all the GX_properties visible for all your leads.
From your salesforce dashboard, go to Settings > Setup.
Once in your Setup home > look for Object Manager.
4. At Object Manager > look for Lead.
5. At the lead level > click Fields & Relationships.
6. Now, let's search for the three (3) GX_properties.
7. Search for Accepted connections > click Set Field-Level Security > checkmark both Visible & Read-Only > click Save.
8. Repeat the same step by searching for Total Messages Sent > click Set Field-Level Security > checkmark both Visible & Read-Only > click Save.
9. And lastly, repeat the same step by searching for Total Number of Responses > click Set Field-Level Security > checkmark both Visible & Read-Only > click Save.
10. At the Lead Level > click Page Layouts > click Lead Layout.
11. Drag the following fields to the Lead information: Accepted connections, Total Messages Sent, and Total Number of Responses > click Save.
12. You will now be able to see all the GX_properties from your leads, as shown below.
π How to Sync all your Growth-X data with Salesforce
For Growth-X to sync all existing data into your lead records, you will need to create a CSV Acquisition campaign with your lead's LinkedIn profile page URL and their unique CRM_id from your salesforce account. *The CSV_template for such campaign can be found at the end of this article.*
Click any lead contact > copy its CRM_id from the browser address bar > paste it into the CSV_template file next to the LinkedIn profile.
2. Create a regular acquisition campaign from your Growth-X account with the CSV file created from your salesforce records.
