We've made an enhancement to the campaign dashboard with a new sortable column: 'In Sequence.' This column shows the total count of receivers who are yet to complete the entire sequence of their respective campaign.
What does 'In Sequence' include?
The 'In Sequence' column encompasses receivers who are yet to receive a follow-up message or a subsequent follow-up within their campaign sequence.
Important Considerations
It's important to remember that a receiver can only receive a follow-up message if they are a connection. Therefore, if an invitation has not been accepted (or has been withdrawn due to non-acceptance in time), such a receiver will not be counted in the 'In Sequence' column as they're not a connection and thus cannot receive follow-ups.
How to Enable This Feature
Follow these steps to add this feature to your campaigns view:
Go to column settings > click In sequence
The number of receivers in sequence will be displayed as shown below.

Now tracks both ongoing sequence contacts and connections receiving Nurturing Follow-Ups (FUs), offering a comprehensive view of your engagement.
