To reduce noise and keep your inbox as organized and clean as possible, we created a feature to bulk close all non-positive and old conversations.
To do this, follow these steps:
Go to your Inbox and press 'Command+click on Mac' OR 'Ctrl+click on Windows' on any conversation for the feature to appear.
To select more conversations, hold Command (Mac) or Crtl (Windows) and click the ones you'd like to close.
After selecting the conversations, click the 'Close' button.
*Please note that you can also use this feature to Bulk Re-open conversations that have been closed following the same process.
