Managing Overlap in Outreach with Growth-X: Multiple Invites Feature

By default, Growth-X ensures that users on the same account cannot target the same audience, even if the same contact appears in multiple searches. This prevents recipients from feeling "spammed" by multiple people from the same company reaching out simultaneously.

How It Works

Growth-X automatically blocks duplicate targeting across users on the same account. However, there’s a built-in safeguard that allows different users to invite the same person if no acceptance occurs within 30 days. This ensures that your outreach remains strategic and non-intrusive.


How to Enable Duplicate Targeting After 30 Days

  1. Log into your Growth-X account.

  2. Navigate to the top right-hand corner of your dashboard and click Manage Subscription.

  3. Adjust the settings to enable users to re-invite the same contact after 30 days without acceptance.

How to Enable Multiple Invites to the Same Receiver' Feature

  1. Log into your Growth-X account.

  2. Go to the campaign you want to enable it for

  3. Scroll down to Advanced Options and enable the feature to allow other users to invite the same contacts after the 30-day non-acceptance window.
