You connect with a lead, they are interested, and want some info BUT, they want it on their email.
With this new feature, you can now send any message to their email without switching platforms.
Here's how to do it:
Enter the text on the empty box
Click the three dots next to 'send' and click send (by email)
Now write your email subject and click send (by email)
You will be switch over to your email, and from here, you can send it.
