We were hoping you could maximize your productivity with all the messages you are receiving without wasting your time.
Some of these messages may be urgent. Others can be dealt with in time. But, unfortunately, without proper management, inboxes can quickly become a disaster.
Managing hundreds of leads is time-consuming.
Not all messages are relevant or helpful—some don't need to be read.
We have added some great features to the Inbox Section to avoid delays, forgotten conversations and boost your productivity.
Open: all active conversations, including- unread, your turn, and snoozed.
Unread: new messages that you haven't read. All of these conversations will have a 'blue dot' on the recipient's picture.
Your turn: conversations that are waiting for a response from your side, including- unread.
Snoozed (NEW): this feature is useful when you want to check-in after several messages, when a lead asks you for some time to review the material, and when a prospect asks you to follow up in X days/months.
Closed (NEW): with this new feature, you can close conversations with prospects that told you they were not interested or are not a good fit and unresponsive prospects in the sales process.
