how to exclude previously contacted leads from nurture campaigns

If you are launching multiple nurturing campaigns, you can exclude previously contacted leads from receiving multiple messages.

This feature can be found in the Nurturing campaign template.

  • Select the active Nurturing campaign.

  • Scroll down to find the "Exclude receivers already contacted by nurturing campaign" option.

  • Click inside the field and select the campaign you would like to exclude from the drop down list.

  • Save changes.
