How to set up your Webhook Acquisition Campaign

Growth-X now supports a new Acquisition campaign type: Webhook Acquisition.

This campaign type enables clients to push LinkedIn or Sales Navigator URLs from external platforms (e.g. RB2B, HubSpot, etc.) directly into a Growth-X campaign via a Webhook endpoint.

How It Works

  • Each Webhook Acquisition campaign has a unique Webhook URL.

  • Third-party platforms must send prospects' LinkedIn/SN profile URLs to that endpoint.

  • Once URLs are received, Growth-X will begin outreach just like in Acquisition CSV campaigns.

Setting Up a Webhook Acquisition Campaign

  • Go to Campaigns → New Campaign → Acquisition and choose Linkedin Profile URLs via Webhook as a source.

  • After creating the campaign, you’ll get a unique Webhook URL—this is the endpoint the third-party platform should use to push prospects.

  • Paste the Webhook URL into the sending platform (e.g. RB2B, HubSpot) to route data into the correct Growth-X campaign.

  • In the campaign settings, define the data format path used by the platform sending the webhook.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Make sure the format of the incoming data matches your URL data extractor to avoid errors.

  • Webhook Acquisition campaigns support real-time prospect injection—perfect for integrating with lead-gen workflows.
