How to Save Custom Templates from Inbox Messages

Feature that lets you easily save any message you type in the GX Inbox as a reusable template.

Here’s how it works:

  1. From the GX Inbox, open any conversation.

  2. Type your message in the text box.

  3. Click the Template button and select “Save new template.”

  4. Enter a name for your template and edit the text if needed.

  5. Click Save.

The saved template will now appear in the template list for future use in any conversation.

This makes it easy to store and reuse your best messaging, improving your outreach efficiency.
