Previously we covered how to Integrate your Zapier with Growth-X. And today, we will cover the new campaign source added to Zapier Integration.
A new type of campaign was added to Growth-X, an Acquisition campaign with Zapier as the source. In this campaign type, the bot relies on the prospects' data coming from Zapier to Growth-X and reaches out to them.
Zapier can provide the prospects' data from any of the apps compatible with Zapier integrations as a prospects data source (Google Sheet, Airtable, Hubspot, Notion, etc…).
Zapier can either add prospects to the Acquisition campaign on Growth-X or remove them from the campaign.
➕ Add Prospect to Campaign
The Add Prospect action requires choosing “Add Prospect to Campaign” in the event field while configuring the Growth-X step inside the Zap, as shown below:
LinkedIn Profile URL (Mandatory):
Map this field to the column that includes the LinkedIn URLs for the prospects that need to be added.Email (Optional but Recommended):
Map this field to the column that includes prospects' emails, so the prospects corresponding to those emails can be added to the Acquisition campaign.Crm ID (Optional):
Map this field to the column that includes prospects' IDs, which helps keep track of the added prospects in the client CRM system.
➖ Remove Prospect From Campaign
The Remove Prospect action requires choosing “Remove Prospect From Campaign” in the event field while configuring the Growth-X step inside the Zap, as shown below:
LinkedIn Profile URL (Mandatory):
Map this field to the column that includes the LinkedIn URLs for the prospects that need to be removed from the Acquisition campaign.
Email (Optional):
Map this field to the column that includes prospects' emails, so the prospects corresponding to those emails can be removed from the Acquisition campaign.Id (Optional):
Map this field to the column that includes prospects' IDs so that the prospects with the corresponding ID can be removed from the Acquisition campaign.
Steps to Use the Acquisition Campaign with Zapier Source
1. From the Growth-X Campaigns Dashboard
Click on the New Campaign button.
Choose an Acquisition campaign.
Choose the source Leads via Zapier (7,000+ apps).
Add invite and Follow-up messages.
Click Save.
2. From Zapier
Create a Zap.
Set the first step in the Zap with the prospects data source (e.g., Google Sheet, Airtable, etc.).
Assuming the first step is Google Sheet:
Configure the Google Sheet step (login to the client Google Sheet account, choose Spreadsheet, Worksheet, trigger column, etc…).
Set the 2nd step as Growth-X.
Setup the Growth-X step (choose the event, campaign name, columns to be mapped, etc.).
Run Zap.
3. From the Growth-X Campaign Dashboard
Run the Zapier source campaign.
