We’re excited to announce a new enhancement in Growth-X’s campaign management: you can now exclude Acquisition campaigns from Nurturing campaigns!

When creating or editing a Nurturing campaign, you’ll notice a section labeled Exclude receivers that have an opened sequence. Here, you can select specific campaigns—including both Nurturing and Acquisition campaigns—to exclude from your Nurturing outreach. This ensures that prospects who are already in an Acquisition campaign are not targeted by your Nurturing campaign simultaneously.


💡 Steps to Exclude an Acquisition Campaign from Nurturing

  1. Navigate to the "Campaigns" dashboard in Growth-X.

  2. Select the Nurturing Campaign.

  3. Scroll down the page and make sure "Exclude Receivers That Have an Opened Sequence." is enabled.

  4. From the "Exclude receivers already contacted by campaigns" dropdown, select the Acquisition campaign(s) you want to exclude.

  5. Save your changes.
