A: At Growth-X, our three-month onboarding program is designed to maximize your campaign’s success through a structured and strategic approach. Our goal is to help you achieve measurable results by conducting weekly status meetings, optimizing targeting and messaging, and implementing A/B testing to refine your strategies.


Main Goal:

With our years of experience and research, our goal is to boost your campaign's success and reach your desired results. During our three-month onboarding, we conduct weekly status meetings to review progress, tackle challenges, make adjustments, and carry out A/B testing on targeting and messaging to set you on the path to success.

  • Month 1: Kick-off, Launch Acquisition, and Nurturing Campaigns and Follow-up strategies

    (1st Week - 2 meetings & 3 additional weekly status meetings)

    • Welcome Stage: Initial engagement and familiarization.

    • Kick-off Meeting: Define campaign goals, validate users, and provide an overview of Growth-X.

    • Campaign Launch meeting: (ideally launched in the first week) Start the campaign, validate strategy & messaging, and ensure a smooth roll-out.

    • Status meetings (3 meetings):

      • Launch Nurturing Campaigns, introduce Follow-up strategies, A/B testing, and perform campaign analysis.

      • Collaboratively work on optimizations and improvements.

  • Month 2: Advance Optimization, Retargeting and Integration

    (4 weekly status meetings)

    • Status Meetings 4-8:

      • Generate reports, and initiate retargeting based on campaign stats.

      • Integrate GX with your CRM for seamless data flow and improve nurturing strategies.

      • Perform advanced optimization, generate reports, and retarget based on campaign stats with your Growth Expert.

  • Month 3: Comprehensive Results and Strategy Reviews & Future Collaboration Plans

    (4 weekly status meetings)

    • Status Meetings 9-12

      • Continue collaborative optimization, generate reports, and retarget based on campaign stats.

      • A comprehensive review of all aspects of the campaign, making necessary adjustments for improved outcomes.

      • Discuss the next steps and future collaboration plans.
