Running outreach campaigns can be challenging, especially when writing messages that connect with your audience. At Growth-X, we use AI technology with ChatGPT to make this easier. With our new AI-suggested templates, you can create effective messages for invites, follow-ups, and more.

👉 Consistent Messaging: AI helps keep your message tone consistent while still allowing you to personalize it for each person.

1️⃣ Set Up Your Campaign:
​

• Start by adding your campaign name and source (like URL or CSV).
​

2️⃣ Write Your Messages:
​

• In the Message or Follow-up Message box, use placeholders like {receiver.first_name} or {receiver.company_name} to make the message personal.

• To see AI-suggested templates, click the star icon next to the message box, as shown in the image. This will automatically create a message using AI.

3️⃣ Review the AI-Suggested Message:
​

• After clicking the star icon, you’ll see a suggested message in the box.

• You can edit the message to fit your style or leave it as is if it works for your campaign.

4️⃣ Create Follow-Up Messages:
​

• To get AI help with follow-up messages, click the star icon next to the follow-up box.

• Follow-ups keep the conversation going, and the AI-suggested messages help keep things simple and friendly.

5️⃣ Add More Follow-Ups:
​

• If your campaign needs more follow-ups, click “Add Additional Follow-up Message” and repeat the steps.

The AI-suggested templates can also be used directly within the inbox for quick responses:

1. Inbox Access:

• Open your inbox, and you’ll see the ‘Templates’ box in the message input area.

2. Generate AI-Suggested Responses:

• Click the star icon within the inbox message box to get an AI-suggested response. This is particularly useful for responding quickly to received messages while maintaining a consistent tone.

3. Edit or Send:

• You can edit the suggested response before sending it to ensure it fits the context of the conversation.

We are collecting user feedback to measure the accuracy of AI template suggestions. Here’s how it works:

1. Review Window:

• After generating an AI template, a review window appears, as shown in the image. This allows users to rate the AI’s suggestion from 1 to 5 stars.

2. Rating Mechanism:

• If the user selects 3 stars or less, a text box appears, prompting them to provide additional feedback on why the template wasn’t satisfactory.

• If the user chooses 4 or 5 stars, the text box does not appear.

3. Re-clicking the AI Button:

• If a user submits a review and then clicks the AI button again, the review window will display the text box even if they choose 4 or 5 stars. This ensures we collect detailed feedback, especially for improvements.

👉 Personalize Variables: Use placeholders like {receiver.role} to make the message feel more tailored.

👉 Keep It Clear: The AI-generated templates are designed to be straightforward; use a friendly tone to encourage responses.

👉 Test and Refine: Continuously test variations of messages to find the most effective ones.

Using AI-suggested message templates from ChatGPT makes campaign creation faster and easier. By clicking the star icon, you can quickly get message ideas that are ready to use. This helps you spend less time writing and more time building relationships and driving results.
