To automatically follow your Leads on Twitter:
Step 1: Navigate to apps.twitter.com. Use your normal Twitter account to sign in. You'll see this screen with the option: "Create New App"
Step 2: Add your phone number to your Twitter profile. You can do that here.
Step 3: After clicking "Create New App", you'll be taken to a page that asks for your App "Name", "Description", and "Website". Insert whatever you like here. Don't worry, you won't be using a website. No need to insert a "Callback URL". Simply accept the "Developer Agreement" and click "Create Your Twitter Application".
Step 3: Within Growth-X, go to the 'Users' Tab. Next, click the Email of the LinkedIn User that you would like to use Twitter Automation for. Finally: you'll notice that there are 4 Twitter fields for you to fill in. We'll fetch those in a moment.
Step 4: Back on Twitter, go to the "Keys and Access Tokens" tab. There you'll find your:
- API Key
- API Secret
- And the option to "Create my access token".
Click "Create my access token". Paste all fields into Growth-X (including your newly generated "Access Token" and "Access Token Secret").
Step 5: Congrats. You've finished setting up your Twitter credentials. Finally, within your choice of Campaign, you can now automatically follow the leads you acquire. Enable the button at the bottom of your Campaign's settings called "Auto Follow Connections on Twitter". Next time you run the campaign, the app will retroactively follow all the leads you've acquired through that campaign and user in the past. Going forward, it will also follow any new leads as they are acquired as long as this button is enabled.
