LinkedIn's code is constantly changing, and that's why GX's code needs to constantly change along with it.

If you spot a bug while running GX, please give us a heads up so we can update our code for maximum efficiency.

What to do when you spot a bug:

Send an email to with:

a) Your GX Account Email.
b) Name of the troublesome campaign
c) Email of the LinkedIn User that the campaign faltered with
d) The Logs

How to get the logs:

Step 1: In the top left of your open GX App, click the 'Help' Tab.
Step 2: Then click 'Get Logs'.
